108 villas make up this enchanting community which is located within walking distance to one of Hilton Head Island's lovely beaches, numerous restaurants and a variety of shops. Once you arrive at your villa, you can park your car because everything you could need is minutes away - on foot!
This community has a beautifully landscaped, secure courtyard that encompasses a large lagoon and pool facilities.
For those who wish to kick their work out up a notch, owners and their guests have access to the Van Der Meer Tennis Facility located directly across DeAllyon Ave from the complex.
The seven (7) member Springwood Villas, HPR Board of Directors is hands-on, knowledgeable and cares about the community, owners, residents and their visitors.

If you have an emergency after regular business hours, on the weekend or a holiday, please call 843-785-4775 and you will be instructed on how to reach the On-Call Manager. Examples of emergencies: active water leaks and damage to a building or common area structure.
